  • JENNIFER CUMMING

    Favorite Drink: Strawberry Mojito
    Bartending Moto: Mise en Place - Everything in its place.

    When you meet Jennifer, don’t be deceived by the sweet, blonde, bubbly personality; She is a businesswoman who knows how to get the job done!

    Jennifer and her husband started their first business, Kombi Keg RVA, which had its beginning in Australia. It grew into a successful business, bringing vintage keg bus vibes all around DMV. They’re now excited to start On the Fly Tapsters, bringing their mobile bar experience into the event space with bartending services, catering and staffing.

    Jennifer enjoys watercolor painting, ballet, and the study of chemistry in her free time. She holds dual degrees in Chemistry and Religious Studies.

  • NATHAN CUMMING

    Favorite Drink: Old Fashion
    Bartending Moto: Get the job done but have some fun!

    Coming from a military background, Nathan knows how to run a tight ship. From set up to breakdown, he ensures that all operations are running smoothly, and everyone is doing what they’re supposed to. As a bartender he helps the crowd loosen up with his great stories and outgoing personality, by the end of the night you’ll be best friends for life.

    Nathan enjoys spending time with family and studying politics and law. He currently serves as an aviation officer and pilot in the United States Army.

  • LARON JONES

    Favorite Drink: Long Island Ice Tea

    Meet Laron, our Service Captain. Our service captain is running the show the day of your event. He makes sure everything is going smoothly, the drinks are flowing, and that you are happy with your service.

    Laron is originally from North Carolina and recently retired from a career in the Coast Guard. He has a beautiful wife and 5 children.

    We are excited about the exceptional culinary, service, and leadership skills, Laron brings to the team.

    Fun Fact about Laron: He watches the movie “Police Academy” at least 50 times a year.

  • EMILIA TREJO

    Favorite Drink: Margarita/Paloma

    Meet Emilia, our operations manager and one of our lead mixologists. She is not your regular bartender. Emilia has advanced training from world renowned mixologist, Brian Van Flandern, and can design a perfectly balanced and delicious cocktail. She also is responsible for training and managing all of all of our new bartenders.

  • Our alcohol policy is designed for flexibility and customization based on your event's location. In Washington D.C., where we hold an ABRA license, we're authorized to sell alcohol, providing a licensed bar service.

    For events in Maryland and Virginia, we operate strictly as a dry hire service. This means you have the liberty to supply the alcohol while we take care of the rest, providing everything needed for the bar setup. We go the extra mile by crafting a tailored menu for your event and creating a comprehensive shopping list to ensure you have the perfect selection of beverages. This approach not only simplifies the process for you but also guarantees a seamless and enjoyable bar experience, curated to your preferences.   • Absolutely we can! Our staff is trained in flavor profile and acid to sugar ratios for the perfectly balanced cocktail.

  • Yes, we can provide a completely non-alcoholic event experience or add a few mocktails to your bar. All of our signature cocktails can be made as mocktails.

  • To reserve your date, just click the "Get a Quote" button. Once you submit your no-obligation quote, our team will promptly connect with you to arrange a phone consultation. Following this conversation, when you're ready to secure your date, a 25% non-refundable booking fee will be processed, and we'll guide you through signing the contract. Our goal is to simplify the process, and we've automated it for your convenience!

  • We help you figure this out during one of our consultations, so you don’t have to. However, you can roughly estimate your guests will consume one and one half drinks the first hour and one drink per each additional hour.
