We’re thrilled to announce some exciting news—On The Fly Tapsters is expanding! Our second location, situated in vibrant Fredericksburg, VA, is officially opening its doors. This expansion marks a new chapter for us as we bring even more flavor, creativity, and fun to the DMV area.
Expanded Offerings: Delicious Smoked Menu & Regular Lunch Deliveries
With our new location, we're introducing an enticing smoked menu crafted right in our very own kitchen. Picture mouthwatering hickory-smoked brisket, tender and full of flavor, perfectly complemented by delicious sides. To make things even sweeter (and inclusive!), we're offering delectable gluten-free mini hand pies, available in apple or apricot.
We've also been experimenting with some mouthwatering smoked creations, including red snapper, lamb leg, deviled eggs, and even smoked cocktail syrups, and we cannot wait to introduce these unique flavors to the public!
Additionally, Fredericksburg residents can look forward to our convenient regular lunch delivery service. Fresh, tasty, and hassle-free—delivered right to your door or office!

And let's not forget our signature experience—the most fun mobile bar in the DMV! Our iconic Kombi Keg RVA tap bus brings unique flair and joy to every event, serving up craft cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages to impress all your guests plus a large screen TV.
