What Happens Next

• We work with two insurance providers, so certificates may arrive in separate emails.

• Please allow up to 7 business days for processing.

• COIs are sent directly from the insurance companies, not from On The Fly Tapsters.

Watch for emails from:
• Goosehead Insurance (umbrella policy)
• Richmond Insurance Services (general liability, etc.)
Check your spam folder if needed.
